We specialize in buying up legal claims against banks. These claims are typically very secure and have a high chance of being paid out. With our expertise in law and finance, we’re able to identify the most promising opportunities and deliver strong returns for our investors.

How We Work

We select opportunities that have a favorable judgment for the plaintiff and a low probability of the decision being overturned on appeal. Subsequently, we make an offer to purchase the judicial credit from the creditor.

The potential return includes interest and monetary correction set by the court. The operation is concluded with the withdrawal of the funds by Hammer after the judgment becomes final, at which point there is no longer room for appeals.
